• ABC Call Volume Trend Analysis


     

    For this project I take the dataset of a call center.

    In the call center we have lot of works are in now days so there is also an analysis work is present here by the help of analysis, we can correct the problem if it is occurs.





    A) We can put the average call time duration and calculate each time budget (e.g., 9 to 10,10 to 11, etc...)


    B) we can also suggest the man made to decrease the abandon rate increase our Service to improve our company to grow from the good position.

    In this project I also enter into the call center field and analysis their work.
